my computer wont reboot only in safe mode and i cant restore eather?

the labtop just shut down on its own tried to restart and it wont it only works on safe mode so tryed the system restore and it wont work eather so i tried booting from last nown good configutation and wont work eather

Unless you can figure out what you are missing and fix it within Safe mode, you are hosed. Figure out right now if you can live without the files on the laptop. If you can, get out your restore CD and have at it. If not, you getter contact a technician.
