like they don't know how to treat you so they become frustrated with you....This always happens to me...I've been depressed on and off for 15 years.I've been to 6 shrinks and 9 therapists...I've actually been kicked out of two shrink offices..they told me to go somewhere else or the hospital

They are supposed to be your doctor and working for you so perhaps a time or two you should have so called "fired them" right back!
Do not feel sorry for the doctor...they are getting paid and well for your therapy...you just need to find the right doctor that is the right fit for you...and do not say things just to please the therapist...that would do you no good in your seeking to get well.

Sounds as if you may have a probleml? I stopped seeing my therapist as I learned more about her, and her personal life than I did my own. I have only been to one. I don't know if she is anygood or not as I have not seen anyone else. I stopped seeing her also as I was getting aggitated, plus I wasn't doing what she wanted me to.

You are paying them to help you...they work for YOU. They shouldn't be treating you this way. When I get out of grad school I'll help you! :)
