If you don't like veggies, eat fruits. Also, try some healthy foods that you normally wouldn't eat. Branch out a bit. There's more out there than celery and lettuce. Exercise with a group or by yourself, but don't overwork yourself. Ration your portions. The average size of a person's stomach is as big as their fist. So, eat portions that are maybe twice as big as that, but not much more. Eat slowly and wait twenty minutes before getting seconds. If you're still hungry, only get a little bit.

I promise you that if you don't like veggies it's because of how they've been prepared. Over cooked veggies are nasty. My nieces and nephews hate vegetables until they come to my house, then their parents watch with amazement as their kids devour vegetables.
Do a little research with reputable sites (like Food channel Martha's recipes etc.) for veggie recipes.
You're just developing a more descerning taste. Well prepared veggies are essential in weight loss as well as a healthy long life.

How could you not like veggies???LOL. Do a lot of cardio, cut down on fat, sugar, and carbs. Also you should take a multi vitamin since you don't eat veggies to make up for the nutrients your not getting.

Eat fruits in leiu of veggies, make sure you are getting all of the required essential vitamins and minerals, and excercise, don't be a lazy couch potato (or computer potato)

Sometimes you have to suffer some to get healthy. Eat veggies.

Even stay fit isn't going to feel good all the time, you need to be constantly pushing yourself, no pain no gain.
