What can I do to get her attn. I like her, and she might too, but (look in my follow up question Is she an Attention..) I'm not sure about her.

to get her attention try talking to her. maybe if u start a conversation wit her then u will have her attention and be able to become close to her. get to know her before u do anything and when u think u and her know a lot about each other then try asking her out if thats what ur wanting to do.
