This very busy guy thinks I should call him and email him more often. Thought the guy was supposed to be more aggressive and call / write more or first?

I would contact him when I wanted to....not because he thought I should.
How does he know you aren't busy too?

Umm, last I heard, the girls are the ones that want to spend three or more hours on the phone at a time. If you're gonna run up the bills like that you should probably be the one to pay the bill.
The guys are supposed to be more "aggressive," but that is generally about planning dates. If they don't intend to make plans to see you they usually don't call, even if they do miss you.

That's what I always thought, but for some reason as time goes by the guys think we are supose to chance them, I still go by old school rules, if he likes me that much he will make some time

i think you shouldn't write him don't take my advice the wrong way i think he should write you even if he is very busy he should make some time to write you i think that would be better
