I want to get healthy and into shape....Any suggestions? Exercise techniques? How long will this take?

there are several ways to lose weight inside your house. one is obviously excercising regularly when you wake-up start doing streching and warm-ups or while watching tv work your abs out. also have a good diet start balancing out your meat with vegetables. another good way is watching those exercise programs on tv just keep hydrated!

Eat anything you want. Not the whole bag, just some.

Do a little more: "Two steps at a time, make your buns look really fine." Great little motto for walking up stairs.

Do exercises in bed: Bicycle, yawn, stretch. With knees bent toutch left elbow to right knee, right elbow to left knee 10 times.

Other exercises in bed: "Love your bunns" clinch your buttox muscles 10 times (yawn and stretch first!)

Yawn, stretch, get up. And you have already done more than you normally would have. Beauty day!

eat healthy food. (e.g. 1 egg in the morning with coffee or tea, one extra lean beef burger with whole wheat buns and get for dinner 3 ounces chicken with 1 cup peas and 1 cup beat) don't forget to eat fruits between every meal. Exercise regularly.

Cut the carbs and all sugars. The weight will come off without exercise, but if you exercise, itll come off faster. Youll be in better shape too, if you exercise.
