I agree with you. Sugar is a natural sweetener.

There have been many studies concerning these artificial sweeteners and the health risks, especially concerning pregnancy,

Just consume sugar as with anything else.....in moderation.

Yes, if you are trying to indite all sugar substitutes on the bases of that warning, you certainly need to say more.

Sweet n low contains saccharin, a known carcinogen. That has nothing to do with other sugar "substitutes".

Sugar contains calories, which isnt bad necessarily, but is bad for obese people trying to cut calories and lose weight, which is about half of america.

Sugar also shoots up your blood sugar level, which taxes the body in a number of ways. It triggers the pancreas to secrete insulin which can cause the body to store fat.

Try Agave Nectar

www.sweetcactusfarms.com/
www.agavenectar.com/
www.detoxyourworld.com/acatalog/agave.html

you can buy it in Tesco Supermarkets in the UK
and its meant to be safe for diabetics and is completely natural and all the bottles I have seen of it are organic.
Also as it is a different type of natural sugar it does not cause sugar highs and lows.
I can't drink diet colas because I have an allergic reaction to to them but I can use Agave Nectar and it does not taste like chemicals like the man made sweetners do.

I agree with you. I'd rather use real sugar in my coffee than that other stuff. The people that make all the fake stuff probably started the story that sugar was bad.

I agree, I also prefer real sugar to substitutes. Sugar is natural and our bodies actually know how to digest it, unlike the artificial sweeteners.
