If you are after the meaning of avarice, it is greed or a grasping attitude. You like to accumulate money and possessions just for the sake of it. In other words, you're a miser.

avarice is jealousy by another name. it's wanting everything that someone you envy has and more besides.

avaricious people are never happy.
