My favorite is the Dr. Atkins diet. It allows you to eat as much as you need but still lose quickly without exercising. The only problem with this diet is that once you cheat it's difficult to get back to it but you can lose up to 10% of your weight in the first week.
People will tell you that when you go off the diet you will gain everything back but that is the case with any diet if you're not careful.

This is a FREE course, totally free, that you can take there and you probably will lose weight with it. (I lost forty pounds with the course and didn't do any exercise and didn't eat any diet food and didnt' even use sweet n low.
From time to time they keep offering this free course, so keep checking back .
2. Join a team ( a football, basketball, tennis, hiking, or some other team). So you'll be active without actually using machines to exercise or having any boring exercise program.
3 Purchase a bike and use that NOT FOR EXERCISE but use it for transportation instead of using cars and busses. Just ride this bike to work or school and back and forth and you are almost guaranteed to lose weight.
4. Switch to vegetables. Cut out all meat and meat fat, and butters and just have veggies with lemon juice or veggies with salt. That'll give you some weight loss.
5 Babysit for young children. They are very active and just babysitting on a regular basis should let you lose weight.
6. Switch to an "active" job , such as delivering flyers or delivering mail. These are natural exercises but they serve a purpose and you'll get money too.

14. Find a phone book and look up Overeaters Anonymous. THis is a free program and they use positive thinking and they use mutual support and meetings more than they use exercise. 15. Train for the NYC Marathon (which is November 5th this year) or train for the Boston Marathon. Train for next year's marathon, train all year with a purpose. The winners get awesome prizes. 16. Go to the senior center and meet up with someone and volunteer to help clean their cellars or houses out. You'll lose weight and you'll also be helping someone who needs the help.

18. Study to be a nurse. These people have strenuous jobs and we rarely see overweight nurses. They simply don't have time to gain weight.
19. Take a job as a garbage man in a large city. Most of them are big but thinner than your average person. And some have muscles too .
20. Go to sleep at night instead of staying up all night. If you are awake at night, you probably are eating when you shouldn't be eating. This will help you lose weight if you just sleep at night like you should be sleeping.
21. Do gardening and mow the lawn every week. (do not use a power mower) .
22 . Mow your neighbors lawns too.
23. Every day have a hulu hoop contest with your kids, and after that take them all on a family bike ride.

If there was an easy way to lose weight everyone would be skinny. Excercise is the way to go because you will feel better not only be skinnier

I dont't think there's any other way than doing exercise and eating smaller portions! Or if you like dancing you could also do that! That helps to lose weight but you'll have fun while doing exercise!

if you are not considering excercise, then your only realistic option is surgery. That is.
Excercise is a lot les risky and the chances of you dying as a result are low.
THere are no easy answers.

Exercise alone should be enough to kill the lbs. But eating smaller portion and avoidng large meals helps.

Normally, I'd say eat a healthy diet and exercise 30 minutes a day.
If you cut out the exericse, I'll have to change it to eat a WHOLE LOT less, including no sweets or fried food.
Which one sounds harder to you? I'd go for the first one.

fad diets. But those screw you up and aren't real solutions. The only way to heathily lose weight is with a healthy diet and excercise. It's a lifestyle. You can't escape the excercise.
