I think i am addicted to banana chips, so i want to know how they are made and if they are good for you or are fattening. what is their calorific content?

They are VERY high in fat. They are fried in oil first then dehydrated.

I've always heard that the banana chips you buy at the store actually have been fried and are very high in fat and might even have added sugar. Calories and fat content should be listed on the package they come in.

They are dehydrated. This is a kind of drying that is controlled so as not to rot first. Add water to them and they will rot fast.

THEY'RE DRIED JUST LIKE THE OTHER DRIED FRUITS. CALORIE CONTENT SHOULD BE ON THE PACKAGE. YES, THEY'RE GOOD FOR YOU.
