if you're older than 15 years old...then...according to your BMI (body mass index)...you're healthy or at risk for becoming overweight.
however...there are many different factors that could change this generalization that everyone within a certain weight range is healthy. do you exercise regularly? do you eat healthily? is anyone in your family overweight or obese?
you might wanna go to the doctor's to get an exact answer. they could do a body fat measurement for you and all.

It would depend on your body frame size. If you are small boned, you should be between 120 - 133 for someone 5'6". Medium framed people should be between 130 to 144. Large frame bodies can be 140 to 159. So it doesn't sound like you are too far off. If you are small framed, start now to cut off just a few pounds. It will be easier now than later. If you are large framed, don't worry. You're fine.

No, it is not overweight. You are perfectly fine. Your BMI is around 24, so that is not bad at all. And if you have a larger frame and a lot of muscle then it is probably ideal. HTH : )

It's not at all overweight is you are large-boned. Or if you are very muscular. Check out your BMI to make sure. But I would say no, you're not fat.

That can't be determined by your weight, some of your weight is muscle. Have a Body Fat measurement done.

I don't think so. That'd be a size twelve for a woman. That's not fat. It's not svelte, but it's definitely not fat!
