Both physically and mentally- a PHD, big boobs, a round butt, athletic body? what?

For me, personally, I would have to say the PhD and the athletic body. Intelligence coupled with a physically fit body is definitely my ideal woman. Does she exist? Who knows.
She's probably working out at the Standford University gym as we speak.

I am truly trying to understand your question, but I will try to answer you anyway. Men find women sexy physically and mentally in many ways. However, I do believe that men will be more attracted to a woman with a great personality and a seductive mind. I can guarantee that if I am placed in a line up with very sexy females, I will be one of the top 3 even though I am not skinny, I don't have a booty and my boobs are saggy! But let me tell you that my personality will always be there even if my boobs aren't. My mind will always be there even if my booty isn't!
Learn to use what you have and make it seductive.
I can tell you what the biggest turn off is though.... not being you. Being fake and trying so hard to be someone other than who you really are. Be confident. Love yourself first before you expect anyone else to love you. You MUST be confident. That is so sexy! You must know that no one else in this world is like you. You are unique. Yes, someone may be better looking, better educated, better dressed, but no one is just like you. This goes for men and women. Your mind is sexy as hell, learn to use it.
One last thing. SMILE. Everyone smiles back.

This question is so subjective. I have no idea what you look like but I'm sure that there is some guy out there that has a little crush on you and you don't even know it. Just think of all the people that you thought were good looking but you never acted on it! I hang out with a group of guys and we're all relatively fit, smart, young guys but if you asked us what kind o girls we liked we'd give you all different kinds of answers! My point is this, no matter what you've heard in the past (on TV, in magazines, etc) forget about it. Yes, I'm not going to lie, our country does promote a sort of "standardized beauty" but individual guys have individual tastes, simple as that!

I'm a girl, but I've got a great sense on what a guy looks for in me or any other girl physically. Sexxy, fit body, long clean hair, nice boobs, thin, but not stick thin, and most of all, a flirty and sweetly sexy personality.
So, in order for a guy to find the "perfect" girl, beauty and personality are sexxy to them.

I think this depends on the age of the man. A married man might find different things sexy about his wife: how she mothers their children, intelligence, spontaneity, etc.
