Welcome to the inevitable. It always seems to go that way doesn't it? Well, hopefully while she was pursuing you you didn't do or say anything to make her dislike you. If all is clear... see if she still has feelings for you. If she does that's half the battle. The other half is gaining her trust. It would be wise to start off letting her know what all of sudden got you interested in her when you weren't before. Then prove yourself. However, if this is just a game of "I only like you now because your not interested in me any more" (attention can be addictive)... then forget the whole thing - don't waist your time or hers. tell her that you didnt know her then, but now that you do you see just how amazing she is and that you were a fool for not wanting to go out with her before, but that you are glad in a way because it has given you time to really get to know her

Well I hate to say it but you might have lost your chance. The only advice I can give you is just be yourself and if she notices you again apologize for being a jerk if she doesnt oh well

Does she still like you? Anyway just tell her you like and ask her out PROBABLY (I'm pretty sure) the worse thing that can happen is her saying no.

Things work that way sometimes. Tell her you dig her, and you have no idea why you didn't dig her before, let her know you were stupid not liking her before. and make sure you tell her that she has ALWAYS been cool.
