No. Genitals and Genesis have common roots in that they are the beginnings. In the case of genitals, it would be the beginning of new life. So, it would be the reproductive organs. Breasts are not reproductive organs.

No sweetie, a woman's breasts are not part of your genitalia, they are actually glands, mammary glands to be exact, made for the sole purpose of feeding your babies. (But many men do make us FEEL like they are part of our genitals, don't they?)
