Everyone gets a little sleepy after a big meal.

Could be an allergy to wheat. My uncle gets like that after eating it. Look for other signs: Like if you have an all-meat meal, do you still get tired?

Else your blood sugar's low due to insulin overproduction.

U probably eat greasy food.
Try carrots and veggies

Probably a sugar spike from the carbs & sugars you eat..
Cut back on the carbs & sugar...
Check glycemic index before you eat fruits...
Stick to vegetables & proteins...
No Carbs, no sugar, no fruit etc. etc.

too many simple carbs, insulin goes up... also might have a wheat / gluten allergy. eat more protein and fat - less wheat
