If you are asking how many people have shat on there partners, then there is a significant number of people who have this fetish, you would be able to find web sites that show this and even chat rooms were it can be disgusted.

actually one of my ex told me a nasty story- he was about 26 at the time and he did while he was on holiday. Gross nasty story. I don't know why people would do that.... it was a stupid story and i didn't think much of him after that! he told me this 6 months ago and he's 32 now
