Well, stay hydrated. Drink water or Gatorade (I find Gatorade is easier to stomach). Get lots of rest. Eat something light. I hope you feel better soon. I hate hangovers!

I'm not kidding when I say this,but get to your nearest Mexican restaurant and ask for a bowl of Menudo(men-oo-doe). It's a spicy soup with hominy corn in it. After a bowl of this,you'll be sweating it out.

i've never tried it but i agree with that other guy - i've heard hair of the dog is good for hangovers. also, greasy foods (like jack in the box tacos) or i've also heard that chinese hot and sour soup is good too.
