Here's the basics. I wasn't at school the day this happened. This kid in my grade smacked my girlfriends backside in front of a lot of people. She said that all she could say was "Never do that again." The kid tried to make up for it by telling her that his mom had recently died. I know differently. I know that his mom did not die recently, but actually four years ago. He actually lives on my street. He's done this to a lot of girls in my grade, but I feel especially bad because he obviously knew I wasn't gonna be at school that day and chose to smack my gal's butt only because I wasn't there and he had wanted to do it for a long time. Now I feel awful because I wasn't there to protect her. I prayed about it, but I'm STILL not sure. This week we're on fall break so I've got some time to think on it. But since the kid lives on my street I have the option of beating him up without getting in trouble. Please help me!

More details. I know I CAN beat the guy up, because he's like 5"1 and I'm 5"5 3/4 and weigh in at 125. I'm kinda skinny. sorta. I guess it comes with running for four or five years.

OK you could try this speak to him quietly ask him what's his problem but i think you need to let the school know whats going on ,smacking your girl friends back side is sexual harassment , what will he do next that's the problem no one knows you , you need to get your parents involved

Although the first response maybe to beat the crap out of him I would advice not to take that route. Your girlfriend needs to report what he did to her teachers and principals of your school. Show your support by going to talk to them with her. Tell others the truth about the guy's mother and that he is using a painful period that happened 4 years ago as an excuse to spank girls on the *** so that persons will know he is doing that and stop him.

Go for it. I wouldn't come out swinging, but I'd at least get in his face or grab him by the lapels.

You can thank the liberals for creating a society where people that take action against bullies might be considered wrongdoers. It's the same way with the war on terror. The liberals need to be locked up.

It about all about respect homeboy, but don't whoop his *** the second u see him. Talk to the kid and see whats up. If he gives u shitty answers and u wanna fight, escalate the conversation and then beat his backcrack. And if all three of u go to school, do it there. I mean, you got to shut it down the second it happens or other boys will do it to.

Don't go and get yourself in trouble, you could say to him I did not appreciate what you did to my girlfriend. and leave it at that. Walk away. You be the bigger man! that is the mature thing to do.

I wouldn't beat up a guy who lives on the street, he's been through enough....

If you beat him up you will still get in trouble. Just "punk" him by intimidating him.
