Eat less and drink lots, lots but lots of water. About a gallon a day.

There isn't any healthy way to lose 16 in 2wks. Once you cut calories, the most you can lose is 6-10 and that will be water. But you will need to keep your body hydrated to keep it from holding to unwanted water. Just like food, if you body thinks its starving, it will hold on that much much to water and fat stores.
Eat at least 6x a day. 3 portioned meals and 3 portioned snacks. All healthy and beef up the exercises. Just cutting out sugar and white processed foods can up the pounds lost in 2 weeks.

That much weight in that amount of time is dangerous.. be careful.. I've been there done that... It sucks...
If you really have to... invest in Hoodia. It's a great appetite suppressant. First, start off with a good cleanse. Make sure you drink lots of water and and some apple juice. Most weight you lose will be water weight. Go on a liquid diet avoiding sodas, orange juice, grapefruits..etc. These have too much sugar. Include some exercising... When hungry...chew sugar-free gum, eat ice, or peanut butter.
Your body knows what it can and can't do so....LISTEN TO IT.

there's no way to do that in a healthy way. If you have something important coming up in 2 weeks that you need to be 16 pounds lighter for, you should've started working on that a while ago. And to lose weight it can't be diet OR excercise. It has to be diet AND excercise. Don't try to harm your body just for vanity. It's not worth it.

Theres no diet that can drop that kind of weight intense cardio workouts will do it though
