This family who just moved in are illegal aliens from Mexico. They are always drinking, talking loudly, being rude to us people who must work for a living. It's about 10 men there they are always in the yard with beers on cell phones. Since they arrived they play that spainsh rap very loudly, they just laugh and say the police can't do anything and we just all need to get use to it. They say we are here and we are staying. They said in Mexico, it is legal to play your music as loud you want for as long as you want and they see no reason why that want work here.

Yes they are illegal they have told me so and said since the police cannot do anything to being in the country illegally they are free to do what they want. They are the Mexicans in the entire area. 10 men living together who are 30-40 years old is not normal, unless they are gay.

it is the variety of component regulated by community ordinances and set by your city government. no longer all cities do, yet maximum have some form of noise ordinance relating autos. whether they don't have one for autos, you would be caught with a typical noise violation or something like nerve-racking the peace. If a cop needs to furnish you a cost ticket undesirable sufficient, he will hit upon a fashion. The track or the content fabric of the track isn't many times the priority. the quantity is. maximum cities no longer have obscenity regulations. in case you pays attention it in basic terms a quick distance from the motor vehicle, i could say you're secure, besides the indisputable fact that it relies upon on the suited verbiage of the ordinance. Do you honestly think that only illegal aliens play music loudly? If so, I'd say that you are a liar and it's probably just that time of the month. I've heard a lot of loud music being played in my life, and I know that it's not just illegal aliens doing it. How do you know they are illegal aliens anyway? Did they tell you they are or are you just stereotyping/assuming things? If you really feel so offended, you should try calling the police and reporting it.

First off it's not just the illegals. But, for your sake of mind......they play the music loudly at night so that another group of illegals traveling under the cover of darkness can find a safe house. The illegals traveling at night hear the music and know they have found a safe place to stay until the following night.

Keep calling the police. Eventually it will become a neighborhood issue, and at that point something will be done. If you don't get any satisfaction from the police call immigration. Since there are 10 or so men living in the house you can also call the board of health, and have the board of health fight your battle for you. It sounds like you live in southern CA, Denver, or Texas.

Because they have no respect for anyone or anything. I believe you. People are terrified of not being politically correct here. I'm not. They behave like the low lives that they are.

Most cities have ordinances regarding noise levels after a certain hour. But it's not just illegals that break these rules legals do it to. As far as the remark they made about it being legal in Mexico they are not in Mexico and need to play by our rules. The thing is if you call the cops they will know it was you and there is the risk of retaliation. (true with both illegals and legals) Can you prove they are illegal? Good luck with this one.

They like Circus Music, and enjoy a beer with friends after a day of hard work for few dollars an hour.

Have you ever heard of Valium?

try one, you may look at the situation a whole lot different.

Maybe these guys are sick of the hostility, and resentment they encounter just for trying to make a living just like every other hard working American. These guys are mostly guilty of trying to provide a decent life for their families. Sure there are exceptions, but show me any other family who doesn't have someone screwed up in it.

Chill out, and try to look for something to be happy about.
