How do you pronouce the name when you ask for it?

Its pronounced "zhi-vits." You can get it for sure at my liquor store in St. Louis called Lukas Liquor Superstore.

I know for a fact that the Polish Catholic Church (honestly) on Stafford Road, Wolverhampton sells it.

If you don't happen to be passing, I'm pretty sure I had some in a Wetherspoons in Cardiff recently. Pretty sure I ordered it, can't remember much else.... damn fine beer!

My local Tesco extra sells it.

According to a Pole, the correct way to pronounce it is 'zh-vee-ets'
