My boobs are big and i don't exactly like it. I'm 15 years old, 5'4'' or 5'5'' and im 158 pounds with a 36C bra. I have been exercising and eating right to lose weight, but i wanted to know if you lose weight, will your boobs get smaller? I hate how big they are, they make me look fatter up top in my opinion.

You may loose some weight in your breasts, but it's going to be primarily from your sides and back. The physical breasts themselves will probably not get noticeably smaller. You'll probably end up with some more muscles (depending on your exercises). You may want to consider a breast reduction in a couple of years. I am about the same size as you are and I have 34D, and my back hurts. Some health insurance will cover breast reductions with a doctor's recommendation, but you may have to be a few years older.

If you lose weight all over, yes your breasts will also get smaller a bit. And - yes, exercise will be a definite help for this. Slowly get down another 30 - 35 pounds - no more than that or you will begin to have problems with your health otherwise as you need at least 10% body fat for optimum health. You will most likely be a B at that stage - perfect for clothes off the rack. A C is not really that big, but it may feel like it to you now. By 15 I was a DD and only 125 pounds - and yes it was a big issue as boys assumed I would be easy because of the size of my breasts... not true and I ended up breaking a kid's nose over it once when he insisted I was! I finally got a reduction 2 years ago and am now a high C or low D - and it feels so wonderfully small in comparison to the I size that I finally became after a weight gain. Anyway, you will feel so much better once you lose the weight, as it does help with self esteem.

Many women just hate it when they are so bust! Women hate it when they have nothing...where is the world coming to? and end? I hope not!!!
Okay, I have a sister and she's 17, 5'5" and wears I think a high C or a low D...one of those. She's stopped growing about your age. No matter how much weight you lose, you will not lose a bra size. The best thing is to do is live with it...sadly but surely. Your 15 and for the rest of your life, you will have these big breasts their. You can also do when you are a little older, Breast reduction to decrease the bra size to a smaller size. If you do, do a 36B and you'll love them.

Hope you figure out a decision...and be happy with it. :)

You lose weight all over your body as you burn off extra calories. Those calories are stored as fat from head to toe. So your boobs may lose some size as well, but at your body weight it won't be much.

You are not very over weight, try for no more than 15 - 20 pounds in about 4 months. (1 or2 pounds per week)

i have been 61 inches and around 120 pounds most of my life...my boobs have been 36C since i was 13...

i had a health issue a few years back that made me lose 40 pounds and my breasts did shrink a little..i had to buy different bra's...sorry to say it, but your boobs are not going to go down drastically just by exercising...

They should get somewhat smaller with weight loss but it may not be as much as you'd like.

Some women do lose weight in their breasts. It depends on your genes.

Look at female body builders....most of them are practically flat.
