You can find all sorts of Lesson Plans already written up for all subjects in all grades! Look on the Internet . Type in " lesson plans. for...." or just preschool lesson plans or whatever.
Here are some sites that I've used throughout my teaching carreer for ideas. Take the ideas that are already there and make them your own. Never try copying a lesson step by step as it is written. What will work for one teacher may not for you. It depends on your class, your style of teaching and where you are etc..

Again, once you find a plan with a topic you want to work on, just redo it to suit your needs.

Have fun!

If you go to this website, I think it will answer most or all of your questions.

My dad was a physicist (scientist) and he taught me that even if you don't have an answer, there is ALWAYS a way to find the answer. Just look.

You can download it or read it section by section. You should already have an idea of how you're going to do this lesson plan, so this info should be all you need.

Nobody is going to give you all the answers and write your lesson plan for you. If that is the future career of your choice, you should be learning it on your own, or find another profession.

The Internet has all the answers, that's why I love it so much. :)

Good Luck.
