The best way is actually to let him find you. Make sure you place yourself in a position where it is possible for you to meet someone. For instance if you don't like the partying type, don't try to meet someone in a bar. If you like men who share your beliefs perhaps your church is the best place for you.

Like volunteer at the libary get involved.
it may take some time to circulate.
finding the right guy for you can be hard or easy.
Just don't w-a-n-k and stay fit attractive and intelligent.

you sound introverted.. if your family can't hook you up with some dates you need to be political.. and in that be social..
it's not you.. it is what you mean to people.. change your image if you arn't happy with it.
personally being happy with yourself is a start...

people need to have the oppourtunity and place to ask you.
school, work, dances, clubs, bars, ..
there are traditional methods to..
