when i add music and increase the volume it becomes staticy, i lower the volumne and it's gone, but then there are some music where its on the original volumne and its still crackling and also the audio from the video too sometimes. i used a DVD Camcorder, imported the clip onto my computer, i did not capture from premiere

Turn the internal PC volume down. Maybe make it about halfway. Then, turn up your speaker volume. It should be crackle-free.
