In general, the only way to lose weight --- and keep it off --- is to eat less or eat things different from what you do now. I was nearly 200 pound male for 12 years. Finally decided to snack on celery sticks, carrot sticks, pickles and chopped cabbage leaves instead of cookies, "cream of" soups, cake and pie. Lost 20 pounds over 4 month period and have remained around 174 pounds for 5 years now.

keep answering on yaahoooo,,, dont eat,, dont sleep,, for atleast one weeek,, and u wont be able to recognise ur self.
