maybe your Thyroid is out of wack . It plays an inportant role in your metabolism...Go see your doctor......If he wants you to first go and have a great big machine test that is shaped like a giant
V-shaped cone, refuse........They hardly ever work.....A simple blood test will tell him everything he wants to know for a few dollars, as opposed to a few hundred for the big machine....I have been in the same place where you are now...........I am on thyroid medicine... I am Hypo (tired, hard to move and get things done as opposite is Hyper...My mom was hyper and she was busy all the time and was skinny,,,,,,,,,,,,I have no energy hardly.
Dr. said he is pleased with my thyroid med(not me).. But I am on other meds. I trust him. He knows more than me

If you are already eating healthy foods and exercising regularly, try just eating slightly less of the same things and slowly increasing the duration and intensity of your workouts. Aerobic exercise is best for weight loss.

Aerobic exercise means you have to elevate your heart rate and sustain an elevated heart rate for at least 15 minutes 3 times a week. This includes brisk walking to fast running or cycling, swimming or x-country skiing. You can increase your workout frequency to as much as 6 times a week and up to an hour (or even more if you're really into it but thats not necessary)

I'd stay off the slimming pills especially if you are coming of 'the' pill.

eating healthful and exercising is the main suitable way of dropping weight. at an identical time as fads and severe diets provide you short term effects, maximum of those diets are unpractical and can be downright risky over long classes of time. you will possibly no longer see huge drops in weight over in easy terms some weeks by potential of exercising and eating healthful, whether it truly is going to pass down and you'd be much less possibly to place the burden back on. Having a sustainable weight loss software is significant to stay at your wanted weight for longer than a week or 2.

Try eating six small meals a day. Definitely watch what you eat. I'm not saying you cheat but it happens, good food gets the best of us. Working out for an hour everyday, doing cardio 3x a week is good.

You want to "lose" weight not "loose" it. "Loose" means not tight. Lose is the right word.

Why do so many people have a hard time with this?
