at 210 calories per 12 ounce serving, sodas are a Bad choice anytime of the day. If you drink drink 2 glasses of soda in a restaurant with lunch, you are adding nearly 500 calories to your daily intake.

I have officially made the switch, and only drink black coffee or unsweetened iced tea.

I'll let you know if I lose any weight!

I drink Diet Coke every morning. I am just fine. But you also have to make sure you get in at least an equal amount of water, if not twice as much (twice as much is better) b/c sodas are diuretics & will dehydrate you so you need to keep up with the water.

Soda in moderation isn't bad.

But if you drink soda all the time instead of water, then that would be very bad, you will eventually have digestion problems. Your body needs lots of water to dispose of waste properly.

I'd say soda in the morning isn't bad, AS LONG AS you also drink some water. :)
