The juice is put in before the box is closed up.

If you notice, the boxes are kind of folded at the sides near the top. They make the boxes, pour the juice into the open side, and then fold the edges shut and seal them with glue.

It starts out just a box with a bottom , Its filled with juice , top is sealed/Vacumed , Folded over and a pre-cut hole is inserted...
