Not sell them to you. It is against the law for them to do so.

Stop and think... wouldn't you like t o have all the $$ you ever spent on cigarettes? I would be a millionaire if I had all the $$ I spent on booze and drugs. Yur lungs are probably happy when you don't have them!!! Right now it seems cool, but all's it does is make your teeth yellow, your clothes, hair , and fingers stink, and if you have children, they'd probably rather sit with someone else that smelled good and fresh. Children whose parents smoke go into withdrawal aroung 11:00 Am in school from being away from the smoke. That's sad.

no, they can ask you to leave their store and not come back if you become a problem. Legally, they are not able to sell you cigarettes if you are under 18 and could loose their license. If you are causing a problem and will not leave then they can call the police on you. Why would you want to smoke anyway. That is a horrible habit to develop. Good luck and God bless

First of all gas station must not sell ciggs at all. If they sell then by law they should ask your ID. If u do not carry one they can refuse.

It's different in every state. Here the teller loses his drivers license if he sells to you, but they're trying to put a penalty on if you buy such as not let you get a drivers license untill you're 21 and taking you home to tell your parents. I don't think any state will take you to jail.

No,but if they sale you ciggs as you call them.They can get a hefty fine and lose there business licence

They can tell you no and if you still insist they can call the police and have an officer come and explain to you why you weren't sold the cigs.
If they sell them to you they face a major fine.

Can't let you buy them because it's illegal, but they may let you lick the dirty ashtray outside the door if you think you really need that taste in your mouth.

they can't send you to jail just for asking. they'll send the owners to jail if they sell them to you.
