I am getting this yellowish teeth , although not that obvious but its starting to worry me.
I dont smoke at all never did either.
Is there anything that has to do with certain foods that cause? coz i brush my teeth at least 3 times a day mostly after every meal
What is the actual problem? anyone can provide any souce that i can read up.

Use the toothpast Rembrant. There is a large variety to choose from but get the one that says for smokers and coffee drinkers. It really works. You should also reduse the amount of times that you brush your teeth to 2 times per day, when you brush to much you are brushing away the enamel on your teeth. Rembrant is a strong effetive way to whiten your teeth.

Maybe you need to go to the dentist and have them professionally cleaned? Even though you brush 3 times a day you still have to go every 6 months to the dentist. If they still aren't as white as they used to be, it could be aging or a medication you are on. The dentist will know.

Well, coffee, tea and coke cause teeth stains. Regarding the yellowish color, it is probably genetically inherent?
Go to your dentist and consult with them.

Consider having your drinking water evaluated, especially if you have a well. Especially if you live near a lake.
