Calorieking.com has some pretty good ones :D It shows you the portion sizes, calorie/fat/sugar, etc... most of them are good, but there are a few bad ones.

From personal experience, I try to avoid anything high in saturated and trans fat (if the label says it has no trans fat, but has partially hydrogenated oils in the ingredients, it has trans fat).
High Fructose Corn syrup is bad too (though its not horrible to have it once in awhile); Its an addictive, high calorie sugar found in pop and other foods.

Roasted meats are best. The quick and tasty on veggies is to take the 1 lb frozen bags ( NOT canned ), microwave them for about 4 minutes (stir at about 2 min), then put on your favorite marinade like masala curry or soy ginger or thai basil. The veggies are so tasty you can eat a pound and only be consuming a fraction of the fat and sugar of the pastry dishes.

If you follow weighwatchers.com, you will definitely limit your calorie intake. Otherwise, a great way to start is to eliminate liquids with sugar.
