Get ready to pay for a C-section for your female Pomeranian.
Your male dog is going to be 2 to 3 times the size (weight) of the Pomeranian. Poms bred to other poms often can not deliver normally, so a C-section is the result (or death of your female dog.)..
So.. consider the expenses and risks to your pom before you decide.

They can breed but they shouldn't breed. It is very irresponsible to delibrately breed mixes. There is nothing "wrong" with a mix but there are thousands of mixes being euthanised daily all across the country. Mixes should not be bred and neither should most purebreds. Breeding is a responsability. It isn't a money maker nor is it simply producing puppies..it is about producing the healthiest, most even tempered best conformed dog possible, Health testing (not just simple vet exams), temperament tests, pedigree research, breed standard, either showing or evaluation needs to be done before breeding is even considered. A female also can have complications and require an emergency c-section,have mastitis, not produce enough milk, refuse to care for the pups and many other problems. The mom needs to be fed a high quality puppy food while pregnant and nursing, the pups need to be kept clean, they will need vet exams and first vaccinations at 8 weeks old, they will need to be wormed at 2,4,6 & 8 weeks old. They will need to stay with mom until they are at least 8 weeks old...there is a lot involved with breeding..it isn't just putting 2 dogs together and producing pups.

That would be so totally stupid!!!!!!! Any dog can in theory, breed with any other....size of each may make a difference. But WHY would you want to breed these???? To make MORE mutts in the world???? Some money??? Watch puppies being born?????? None of those are good reasons.
It is a bad idea.

What's wrong with wanting to bring more mutts in the world - on purpose? Maybe you should volunteer some of your free time working at your local animal shelter. After a week or so of seeing how many pets are euthanized due to lack of homes, you should have an educated answer as to why it is wrong.

Theoretically any breed of dog can breed with another.
But why would you want to create mixbred puppies when hundreds and thousands of them die in shelters?
Purposely breeding 2 different breeds of dogs (one of which is a mixbreed itself) for the sole purpose of doing so (ie: just because) is VERY irresponsible.
What's wrong with breeding 'mutts'? The problem with breeding different breeds is that you cannot predict the results of the breeding. You may get puppies that display traits (physical or behavioral) of the sire, or puppies with the traits of the dam---you may get some that display both. You increase the chances of the puppies getting genetic diseases from BOTH different breeds--'hybrid vigor' is a fallacy---when you crossbreed you simply open up the door for MORE problems.
People desire purebreds because they can predict how large a dog will get, what its coat type will be like, how its general behavior will be, and so on. With a mixbred you cannot predict any of that---which means a lot of people end up with a dog that doesn't fit their lifestyle (ie: the people wanted a low shedder and the dog sheds like a German Shepherd).
Yes, mutts can be great pets if you know what they're a mix of and are prepared to take on the traits of either of the breeds. Most people aren't prepared for that, which is why 3/4 of ALL the dogs in shelters ARE MUTTS---adults AND puppies. The number of quality 'forever' homes wanting mutts are few and far between...therefore it's more likely any mutt puppies you have will be purchased by impulsive buyers who'll later dump the dogs at a shelter, whereupon they'll be euthanized (killed) because of the lack of demand.
So what's wrong with wanting to make puppies? Well, as someone else stated, go volunteer at a shelter. LOTS of puppies (mostly mixbred ones) are KILLED EVERY DAY because of people like you who saw 'no harm' in having a litter of puppies. The puppies were not wanted (or were wanted at first, but not once the novelty wore off and they weren't puppies anymore).
Not every dog should be bred...breeding 'just because' is breeding for the WRONG reasons. Breeding should ONLY be done to improve a breed that is or will be recognized by a reputable specialty orginization like the AKC or UKC. Breeding to make money is WRONG. Reputable and responsible breeders DON'T make a profit.
Are your dogs medically tested and certified (hips/elbows/eyes) by a veterinarian specialist (OFA)? Are they free of genetic defects? Are they free of any transmittable diseases? Are they free of conformational faults that may lead to medical problems later in life (like arthritis)? Do you have the medical history of both of your dogs and their parents, and their parents' parents? Do your animals have stable temperments? Did their parents and parents' parents? Are your animals good representatives of their breeds (clearly not, since one is a mixbred itself)?
If you can't answer yes to all of those you have no business breeding, because to do so means you're breeding for MONEY...that makes you a backyard breeder WHO IS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOGS PUT TO SLEEP IN SHELTERS...it also makes you a bad, irresponsible person who is also endangering the life of their female dog (as she can DIE, at her size, from giving birth).
Spaying and neutering your PETS makes you a responsible person because you're not only ensuring you're not contributing to the death of more unwanted mutt dogs, but because your pets are HEALTHIER (spaying and neutering eliminates most reproductive cancers and prevents possible death in females) and HAPPIER when spayed/neutered.

Then make an appointment ASAP to have your PETS neutered and spayed.

Are you sure you want to do that, they turn out pretty rancid at times but with things and thechnoligy today anything can happen, but its a 1 in 500 chance that it will turn out to be a good looking dog without all the illnesses and physicall problems, thats like a train wreck waiting to happen.

Nothing is wrong with mutts...what is wrong is intentionally breeding them. Go to petfinder.com and see how many unwanted and homeless animals there are, purebreds as well as mutts. If you're not breeding to better the breed, you are essentially sentencing those homeless dogs to death. It's pointless and cruel.
