I was arrested last week for aggravated harrassment, I went to court & it was declined. I was totally innocent. Although, I called the victim the following day, to find out why he was accusing me & what was going on, after being told not to. Shame on me. What kind of charges am I looking at? Please tell me! Im scared to death

The fact that you called the victim after being advised by the court system not to makes me wonder just how innocent you are. you're probably looking at a hefty fine and some jail time. My advice to you is leave this person alone. You'll only get yourself in more trouble.

Your description is not clear. If the charges were dismissed before you called the complainant, you were not interfering with anything. At worst you disobeyed a court order, if there was a specific order for you not to contact the complainant.

Is the complainant upset that you called him and is he pursuing it in court? If he isn't, no one else is likely to. And since the judge agreed you were not guilty of anything, i doubt anything serious will happen.

PLEASE stop asking this over and over again.

Instead of asking here, you should be asking an attorney. You need one. Besides your post makes no sense. It was "declined"? What does that mean? And after being arrested for harassing someone, you called them on the phone? JEEEZUZ. NOT smart.

I would say a several thousand dollar fine and possible 2 or 3 months in jail. And it will make your orginal crime worst.

Yes you really messed up. alot can depend on how angry the judge will be on you disregarding thier instructions.
