One of the best ways to do that is by using a free utility called VNC. Your sister needs it on her computer and you need it on yours. You and your sister need to go to http://www.realvnc.com/ to get it. Once you both have it, you simply need to know the ip address of your sisters computer. You type that into VNC on your computer and you will instantly be at her desktop. I use it daily and it works terrific. Hope this helps!

Simplest way I have found is for you both to install VNC on your pc's. http://www.realvnc.com

it's a free application and allows you to take control of a remote pc.

youu wont use email you will use remote access, see acessories and then tools. You send her an email to which she responds allowing you total use of her computer, so you take over.
