in my county they are called private teacher but i do not have any idea about here and if there are something like this here or no?

You can ask your local librarian or further education center. In some case a school teacher may willing to help you. Only thing is you have to make an effort to go around and ask.

I agree with shining star, get out and look for a teacher who may be willing to help you, maybe at no cost. Ask the local librarian about where to find the help you want. I give you a lot of credit for wanting to further your education, or beef up your education. Good luck! And don't be shy, that will get you nowhere at all. If you are, work very hard against it, you will win it over. I did!
