Okay its like this, it doesn't matter what kinda food it is, if I think about eating it, it makes sick to my stomach. I am guessing its a mind thing but food is not my friend. I stopped eating rice last October and two weeks ago I got sick after eating pork sausage. I don't eat beef and I am thinking about not eating meat anymore, period. Just the thought makes me sick. I know its not Anorexia or Bulimia (how I spelled that right)because I do eat and I don't throw up my food. I look like a normal thick Texas girl but this is killing me and I have lost alot of weight... Can any one help me???

Yes, some one can help you.

An important key to answering your question in is "I look like a normal thick Texas girl, but this is killing me and I have lost a lot of weight"
If you were still eating enough to keep up your calorie intake, you would not have lost a lot of weight. So the food issue is impacting your health. Now, maybe, you have cut out fats, and the weight you lost you needed to lose. But it is important that you see the physician to track your current weight.

Next, you need to see a pyschiatrist, psychologist, or counselor. In suggesting this, I don't mean to sound harsh. You already know that you need to seek such professional help, because you are asking. Even if you don't have bulimia or anorexia you have a food issue because even you say "this is killing me" So at a minimum you need help at gaining an insight into this.
It is important that you do so sooner rather than later because (1) the earlier the therapy, the less ingrained the thought pattern, and the sooner the success, and the higher likelihood of success, and (2) you need to get a handle on this because it takes the physical health of your body to the point of incurring permanent damage or worse.

The fact that you are bored by your food avoidance behavioiur is a very positive sign. It means that your conscienciousness is aware that this is out of balance. It means that your mental thought process merely has a roadblock in it. That is a huge advantage over the situation where one's thought are so out of line you don't even see the problem nor want a cure.

It means that hope is just around the corner. Go and get the help you need to make that hope a reality.

All best wishes.

Well if your from Texas than you should be eatin lots pork n beans n stuff right? Just kidding, see a doctor, you might have a worm or some other pathogenic critter living in your gut making you ill. You can get them from virtually any piece of dirt and they can live in you for years.
Maybe you should try changing your eating habits. As you said, you don't want to eat meat anymore, so don't. There are perfectly healthy atlernatives to eating meat. Make sure you consult a doctor though because you want to make sure you don't become malnourished. Good luck.

It sounds like your body is rejecting stodgy foods. Maybe its clogged up and is crying out for cleansing foods like fruit, veg, etc. It may also have something to do with depression, as I know this can cause lack of appetite. If I were you, to be on the safe side, I would get checked over by your doctor as loss of appetite can be a symptom of an underlying problem.
