I want to write a guy a note telling him that I am sorry for saying that he wasn't my type even tohugh he really is . What do you think I should say in addition to the what I just said. Thanks in advance for your help.

just tell him its not easy to make a decision in pressure and u just blurted it out because u couldnt think of anything else..and if there is anyway in his heart he could find a way to move away from all this and have a new start...
and get to know each other without this ever coming up again!!!!

Why did you say it in the first place? If you're going to retract what you told him in the begining then just say what reason you had for doing that.
