Are you talking about one square piece of toilet paper folded 40 times? Forgive me for being doubtful, but i hardly think one piece folded 40 times would even fit across a room, wall to wall. Well I just dont know o.0.

I think you can only fold a regular piece of paper in half 7 times. You have no idea how many people try to do it when I mention it, like the not being able to lick your elbow thing.....even though a few people can do it.

I don't believe the above information on # of folds. You don't really believe those stats do u?
As a nurse I have cared for many who fold, and fold, and fold their paper for some unknown reason. Some people will only use 1 square! So funny. We are all different.
Bless You.

I read that years ago, I think before the Internet. Seems to be the maximum that a piece of paper (ANY paper) can be folded is eight times.

The maximum you can fold anything is 8 times. It doesn't matter how big it is to start with. (Gold leaf may be an exception, but I doubt it)
