You can get it at the heath food store here in the states. I am not sure about Canada as I do not live there... however I do know you can get it off the internet.

You can use ordinary hydrogen peroxide 3%, or you can look for a product in a drugstore called GlyOxide. It's a thin gel, and better tasting -- will probably be in a small plastic squeeze bottle in the dental care department.

35% Hydrogen Peroxide is considered food grade, and is generally used for internal healing... although used in baths for people with AIDS.
I am not sure if you can purchase it off the shelf, but you should check with any Cancer clinic in the GTA area.
