That is a great question but the truth is that it was set up to only market at Taco bell and there the only ones who are buying it and I herd it is supposed to be a specalty at Taco bell.

Because no other restaurants are willing to sale it! Have you ever tried the stuff? Based on my personal opinion the stuff is nasty!
