No, it means you're dating and not in a serious relationship. As long as there is no commitment you are free to date, see and talk to as many guys as you want. (When I say dating, I don't mean sleeping with them.) In any case, it doesn't make you anything other than single and free. You do, however, need to be honest from the beginning so as not to mislead anyone. Until you both decide to be exclusive you can date whomever you want.

Its OK for you to date around if you have not agreed to see someone exclusively but the part that makes you wrong is them not knowing about each other. You would probably be hurt knowing that you were being two timed. It is wrong to that to those poor unknowing guys!

Be honest, if you dont like one then start with the other. If you are using both at the same time, you are playing with both their and your emotions. Never ends well.
And if you are sleeping with both, then it also adds some elements of danger (and not in a good way)
