hmm.. ok here are some things you can do
leave conditioner on your hair for about 30 mins every time you wash it
always use a heat protector + serum before blowdrying or straightining
i no its hard but try limiting the amount of times you straightin your hair . try doing it curly some days by dampining it and scrunching with moose. i done this when i was in your situation and it really helped
good luck x

Infusium 23 Leave-In Treatment Spray. You can find this at any store. Works awsome, put a lot at your ends while your hair is still wet.
Try using Therma Silk products (Shampoo/Conditioner/etc.) they are activated by heat (your blow dyer/hair straightener).
Garnier Fructis makes good leave-in conditioners.
Just check your local store shelves.....you can find lots of things for split ends and dry hair.
And you can buy stuff for frizzy hair to relax it and it under control without having to straighten it everyday, give your hair a little bit of a break now and then and let it be natural- Garnier Fructis makes a leave-in conditioner for frizz, I use it-works great, try it and let your hair rest from the straightener a couple days a week.

If you want to grow your hair you have to stop frying it with the blow dryer. Instead just wash it and put a leave in intense conditioner in your hair. I have the same problem with my hair and what the conditioner does is add weight to the hair so it's not big poofy or frizzy. Your hair looks more defined

dont straigthen your hair everyday, put it up once in a while. the split ends come fast when you mess with it.
Use nexxus versa styler, it protects your hair while straightening and gives great shine!
For afterwards you can use the sunsilk hair treatment for split ends , u can use it every day i think its pretty good but my favorite hair mask is by Planet Spa by Avon its a mediterranean hair mask you can get it at www.youravon.com/jlosee

first get a good trim and then start using a shampoo for straight hair.it will help after a few times so you wont have to use a straightener so often.that will dry your hair out.

my friend has the same prob. she washes her hair with a good shampoo....apply a conditioner and recondition twice....then gets a trim...and my friend usually applies an anti-frizz formula and it comes out looking nice...you might also want to look at getting your hair treated every week or two
