Some people have more oil that nothers if this presents a problem you may want to try some small amount of powder on the scalp and brush it through this does help absorb the grease
ans do shampoo often try hard n to refrain from viggerous rubbing of the scalp as this practice tends to increase the grease effect And please stay away from conditioner. just gentle shampoo. and rinse in very cold water. dont use hot or warm water to shampoo use cold water. Thats my tip

My daughter washes her hair daily, but being a teenager, her swoopy bangs get greasy easily. If they are really bad, she puts a bit of talcum powder on a brush and brushes them. Also, like the others said, don't put conditioner on your scalp, just the ends. I think the best thing to do, is wash your hair daily, though.

Make sure you are not getting shampoo/conditioner for Dry hair, I know most shampoo/conditioner for color-treated hair say for dry also. You may not need it for dry hair, which may be causing the greasy-ness.
Putting conditioner only on the ends or away from your scalp will prob. help.
They do make shampoo/conditioner for oily hair.
Just check your local store shelves.
