trust me shes not..i thought the same.. at that age.
but no she is just right! shes completely healthy and tell her whoever tells her shes fat...

That you can't call yourself fat until you have rolls coming down your legs...Just kidding. Seriously though I've struggled with self confidence problems most of my life and I know most people do but she needs to realize that no matter what she looks like or thinks she looks like someone will always lover her. Tell her to look into the mirror and tell herself she isn't fat. Compliment her. Make her like who she is on the inside an out.

tell her that some people that are 5 weigh 100 pounds! and there r soo many people younger than her that way soo many pounds! there r soo many people in this world that have sooo many probs in life that u thining ur fat is a problem people wish they had than the other probs they have! or sometimes when people r tall they rweigh more! im 12 and i way 80 pounds and im tall

Tell her to look at herself in the mirror before she takes a shower, and after she gets up in the morning (naked both times). Tell her to take a GOOD long look at herself and reort back to you if she still thinks she's fat. Or, take a BMI test (online) with her!

She's not fat. I was smaller than that at her age, but she's definitely not fat. I've also read somewhere that people who think they're fat are more likely to other than anarexia and stuff, be suicidal.
