Ok if you can't express it with words do it with touch. When you are sitting next to her, close to her, move her hair out of her face. See what she does. If she seems comfortable with you doing this and looks your way move in a bit closer. If she doesn't pull back move closer still. If she still holds her ground move in so you are like an ich away from her face. See if she moves forward to kiss you. If not and if she doesn't pull away, you move in and kiss her.
Don't wory about the risk. You can't keep her as a friend for life anyway. Your future wife would not approve.
