My cat use to do that. We caught him on the car and honked the horn with the keyless entry and he never did it again.

I don't know how to keep them off the car but you should just put your cat on a leash and walk it. Lol!! But that's the only way to keep your cat off your car I think.

Maybe covering the cars?? I know that isn't the answer you are looking for, but covering the car in syrup, orange peels, or aluminum foil might not be practical. Having standing water on the car probably wouldn't be the best thing for the paint job. Good luck!

A little shot behind the ear, 22 cal. or better. Seriously, it is notoriously hard to keep cats from doing this. If its your cat, try positive/negative reinforcement. If its someone elses cat see first sentence.

its hard to do...i have the same problem..the thing is they go there to get warm from the cars engine. .or the car warming up from the sun on it...and if you "shew" them off they panic and you end up with scratch marks on the car....i have tried to gently pick them up the put them down and say a nastyish "NO"....WORTH A SHOT....

Put the car in the garage.. !!!

HA HA .

There isn't any thing really. They go to the car for heat , or they are using it to jump up on something. !!

I have heard to pour bleach around any thing you don't want them
on, I'm not sure if it would be real safe though.
