Just decide now much you'd like to make per hour and charge that amount. As a beginner, you might say you'd like to put $30 an hour in your pocket for each session. Add ALL overhead expenses, like paper, travel to site, etc., to that and you will come up with a price. As you get better, of course, your price will go up.

As a fellow Professional Photographer that just got into the biz... I would recommend that you take into consideation your own talent. Is what your offering to your clients look professional or do they look like you do this only for a hobby? If they look professional, go ahead and pull up some websites of the other Portrait Photographers in the area. If your doing weddings, look at their prices and go beneath thier prices(remember you can always go up, but not down.) Do this for whatever field of Photography you are going in. You will do just fine! Best of luck to you! If you would like I would be more than happy to help you out in any way possible.... let me kow!
