I put on 1 stone when I changed my pill. I asked my doctor and they said it increases your appetite. So, while you think you haven't changed your diet you may in fact be eating larger portions than you realise.

Tell me about it. I put on two stone in a year!

I've lost one stone since going back to the gym though.

Get regular exercise, do light weights and high reps for toning. You should also run, eight miles every weekend and it will drop off you!

They will make sure your lean by the time you finish training to be a regular SAS (Saturday and Sunday!).

A stone and a half weight can only be made by your bodyworks system if you fuel it. Whatever else in the equation, GRUB is your problem's main answer. I.e. less of it. Good luck in your efforts, and perseverance at hungry times.

It is more than likely down to your pill - it affects people in different ways. You should see your G.p who will be able to change your pill

it's a myth that the pill makes you put on weight.
it is more likely to do with your age or something to do with your thyroid. go to the doctors who will send you for a blood test...
