All over the place. Do an internet search or there are tonnes of books containing very obvious smoothie recipes (chuck a random assortment of fruit into blender/juicer and give it a silly name). Alternatively, you could save time & money by inventing your own - choose some fruit/veg and hey presto!

Just but innocent smoothies thier yummy lol - 50p a carton in sainsburys, RDA of vitamin C and 1 portion of fruit

Depends what you consider delicious. Basically start with a banana base and add whatever fruit (or healthy alternatives) you want and blitz them in the blender.

Freeze some fruit and blend it in a blender with milk. Add honey for sweetness and dry vanilla pudding for thickness. Also, frozen yogurt, a little bit of Ovaltine, and some milk blended makes a nice chocolate malt.

use fruit and low fat greek yougurt put in blender and its lovely! don't use kiwi as it can curdle!
